House Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow our house rules. For your safety, we have a security camera installed in the lounge area, which does not record audio and is placed away from private spaces such as bedrooms and bathrooms. If you prefer, the camera can be disabled upon request. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Lounge #1

  1. No smoking allowed.

  2. No pets allowed.

  3. No party or events allowed.

  4. No unregistered guests allowed.

  5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

  6. Food and beverages are to be consumed in the dinning or kitchen area only.

  7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.

  8. Please turn off the geyser switch in the bathroom after a shower.

  9. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

  10. Please respect check in and checkout time.

  11. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

  12. No shoes allowed on the bed.

  13. Used bath towels should be placed in the laundry basket and left in the kitchen so it can be washed.

  14. Please flush only toilet paper and natural waste down the toilet pot. Discard Feminine hygiene products and wipes into the bin provided in the bathroom. Please make sure the toilet is left clean after each use. Please use the squeeze to clean the shower area after use. Please leave your bathroom and room trash in trash area in the kitchen.
